Hi, I'm Anders Colstrup. Since 1994, I've worked with sports psycology, with a special focus on the mental aspects of golf performance. I developed the program "Become a winner" with mental training for golf players, that sold thousands of copies across Sweden.
My journey in golf psychology began with a fascination for the unique mental challenges the sport presents. Unlike many other sports, golf consists almost entirely of what I call "free moments" - times when the player decides what to do (compared to a lot of other sport that are much more reactive). This makes golf the toughest mental sport there is.
As the founder of Succé, a consultancy firm specializing in organizational, team, and individual development, I've had the privilege of coaching thousands of individuals across various fields, both within organisations and sports.
